Maintenance Contracts

If you are looking for continuous, long term lab management, your most effective, and cost efficient option is a monthly maintenance contract.
Account managers will work with you through a site audit to determine the needs of your lab and set up a regular schedule of on-site hours to fulfill your lab's organizational needs.
You will receive a price break for monthly contracts exceeding 10 hours/ month.

• If you are on a set budget, hourly per week may be your best option. Let us know your needs, and we will schedule an Account Manager to be on site for the allotted time per week.
• For project only contracts, (ex. notebook capture, implementation of a chemical inventory, etc.) an Account Manager will be scheduled in for the time required to complete the project.
