A lab move is a stressful time and downtime can be costly. Rely on MLS move specialists to coordinate your lab move to reduce the headache, minimize downtime, and ensure a more efficient, smooth, move process.
We are not a moving company, but will work with you and your moving company to ensure a successful move.
MLS Move Team Leaders Provide:- Pre-mapping of all pieces to be moved
- Organization of equipment shutdown: scheduling of timely deinstallation, and reinstallation of major pieces
- Coordination of move schedules to minimize down time and vendor fees
- Work with Facilities department to ensure proper power, gas, etc in necessary locations for moved equipment
- Organization and carry-out of specialized labeling to ensure delivery to the correct location within the new site (will drastically cut down on down time once scientists return to work)
- Assist with lab packing
